But who ever said he had pace? He did great, then took the right option and set up a quick play. At times today he did very well, at times he didnt. But without him on form we look clueless

I agree. Look at some of the talent and experience playing for some of the clubs around us and surely we should have been in for some of these guys?!
The clubs must have a pot of money somewhere that they aren't telling us about. Either that or we've overpaid for a lot of dross which seems to be the case.

Its crazy if they have paid out big time for these players as other than Donlan who Lisa helped towards who else is a houshold name? nobody so, they are either on extortionate contracts or somebody is telling porkies about the cost of the team.
