Quote: "Half season pass on offer for £49.99
4 live games per week. The other 2 delayed by 48 hours.
BUT
checking our matches up until Magic it looks like EVERY ONE has been selected as a Sky live match - which means that all Wire matches are not available on SL+ until 48 hours later.
I cant seem to check later than this.
It seems to suggest that if I want to watch Wire 'live' then there's no point in getting SL+ half season pass. It's better to just pay Now TV month by month (£34.99/mth) or 6 months @£26
If you're prepared to wait 48 hours then SL+ seems good value.
Any thoughts.'"
I guess it depends on what else you watch on Sky Sports too? My contract is up in August ish I think. I’m paying £21 per month for sports inc HD so £250 per year, I watch RL and a little cricket if it’s on, but I wouldn’t be too fussed to miss that. Switching to Superleague+ next season would cost £99 for the year (based on current prices), I’ll catch all the home games live anyway, go to as many away games as I can and can catch the rest in the pub I guess.
I’m tempted to switch to it next year. Anyone have it? Would you recommend it? Other consideration I suppose is that Sky will pick the two best games of the weekend, so I wouldn’t be able to watch the ‘big’ games live….
