| I’ll start…
Holbrook is an obvious choice.
Tony Smith… he could get a tune out of this squad for sure but it’s never good to go back… is it?
Rohan Smith… I like the job he’s done at Leeds. Has come under fire of late and may fancy a new challenge.
Lee Briers… bring the lad home?

| Sean wane for me, no way he will accept the standards. My ideal would be wane as manager until the end of the season then moving to director of rugby. A new culture needs to be set at the club right the way through from first team to juniors. All depends who is available now though really. One thing is for certain, Powell has to go.

It should have been Wane when Price left.

| I would like to see Michael Monaghan back. Done a decent stint as assistant in NRL and was a winner with a no nonsense attitude.

Holbrook is an obvious choice. One of the few who may be available but unlikely to come back to UK. Choked in a few big games.
Tony Smith… he could get a tune out of this squad for sure but it’s never good to go back… is it? Couldn't win it for us when we gave him the best squad in Super League by far. Hasn't managed to turn either Hull club around despite the money available to him.
Rohan Smith… I like the job he’s done at Leeds. Has come under fire of late and may fancy a new challenge. Seems to be a complete failure despite the run of victories in last years play-offs. He has a half-back pairing that competed in a grand final in the NRL, along with the joint-best youth production line in RL. Pundits seem to have him as some sort of coaching genius but I'm not seeing it.
Lee Briers… bring the lad home? I'm no fan of promoting former players to coach, but in this case I may be wrong, as he seems to have thrived at Wigan and Brisbane. No mean feet. I'd be happy to give him a one-season chance since our options are limited.'"

| Give it to marshall until the end of season. Not fussed on holbrook, saints were much better when he was replaced.

| RE: Wane. Let's remember he said he doesn't envy whoever takes the reins at Warrington. I think he knows what's involved and isn't remotely interested in it. He's got a cushy gig at Wigan and nothing to prove to anybody.

| Serious question but I thought Powell waa changing the culture by having a clear out last year?
What has changed between the first 10 games and now? Is it culture or confidence?

There's a split in the camp with the way the McGuire "incidents" were handled. Seems there were splits in the camp last year too, and Powell hasn't been able to heal rifts. Instead, he's shipped out a lot of players rather than change culture and attitudes to bring groups of players together and become a team. Team selection has been baffling, and there are other problems. We had a easy looking fixture list to start off the season, which made us look good, as results against Wigan & Saints proved we weren't the real deal. Were back to square one, looking like a team heading towards the championship, as we did in 2022, rather than GF contenders..

| In that case is the problem Powell, or is it Fitzpatrick? We saw what this squad full of confidence and pulling in the same direction can do.
The decline seemed to predate McGure’s #2 discretion though?
End of the day, Powell came to us saying the culture needed to change, one of two things has happened, he wasn’t the right man to do it, or he hasn’t been allowed to due to those above him…. Only Moran & Middleton can make that call.

| The obvious coach replacement would be Paul Rowley who can garner team spirit and gets his team's playing exciting rugby... The fact that Salford are financially imploding seemingly at the moment would make him susceptible to a move I suspect
