Forgot my password to login to renew season tickets, clicked the option to reset password about 50 times but not getting an email from the club. Anyone else having same issue?

Just phone the ticket line and renew that way. I renewed mine last week by this method

Didn't you get the reminder type advert offering monthly direct debits ? I did mine straight off that yesterday ,check your emails.
