News of an aussie prop but no names mentioned or anything, bizzare podcast this.

I’ve found it dreadful all season, inane humour and the endless new posts here each week flogging it. Give it a rest!

Playing music through some dialog. Far too long a podcast. Almost zero editing.
Listeners like sound bites not off track rant.
I've tried it 3 times and it's failed each time.
You might be doing it for the love, I appreciate that...get it down to 20mins and you might have something...there easily 1 hour you could have dumped out of it with zero loss of rugby content.
I've worked in radio. Take criticism and come back next season.

Disappointing to read the negativity on here about the podcast. Similar to earlier social media criticism of the enthusiastic presenters of rugby on Wire FM and now it is gone. I have enjoyed the podcasts and will support them and download figures were amazing. It would appear that the Club is supportive too so carry on lads you are doing a great job. If you don’t like it then don’t listen. So RD you have worked in radio but you are now working on the taxis...it doesn’t make you more knowledgable.

No it doesn't but it still makes me a listener.
Like it or not, my post was positive.
Each of the podcast I've listened to are too long....having an hour and half of material doesn't mean we should listen to the lot.
I bet I'm not the only one fast forwarding to try and skip the off topic.
I'm not against the podcast...I keep trying it...but there has been little improvement.
I'm not going to happy clap bs the programme otherwise it likely won't get better.

A Wire specific podcast is better than no podcast at all.

Easy to be critical but I’m sure they’ll tweak it for next season.

That's all I'm saying. I'm not going to say it's fantastic when the margin of improvement engulfs the excellent content embedded within it. My criticism is constructive. I'd be very surprised if it couldnt be edited into a 15-20 min podcast without loss of interesting content.
Given us the sweet...but cut out the fat...I'm on a diet.

While i dont like agreeing with RD.... i do have to admit to agreeing with him here.

Its very long and is quite hard to listen to... the music was annoying as well.

Some good content in places... so reducing it a bit might work better.
