Tony Smith has been unveiled as the new Hull KR head coach with immediate effect.

It's certainly a project for him, and maybe it will ignite his passion for the game again.

Two big games up first with Wigan, and then us both at home.

Best of luck to him, he changed the club, not single handedly admittedly the cast behind the scenes played the major role but what an appointment they made with Tony. I hope the break has reignited his love of the game, I also hope we beat his new team in a few weeks.

Sweet we'll see what he can do, be interesting to see if he can turn them around like he did with us

A successful HKR team, like Hull FC, generate big crowds and excitement so I hope he does for them what he did for ua.

How could anyone wish him anything other than all the best? His time ran its course but he always acted very well towards the club. My 14 year old son still remembers what a great impression he left when we ran into him in the club shop once

He's signed on the dotted line only until the end of the year...I would have thought that his status within the game would warrant a longer deal than that.
