We get in from Newcastle around 11am and are on the return train at 8pm.

There's a lovely spot just outside Lidl next to Wembley way.... cheap beers all round

wetherspoons next to baker st underground always lively on finals day then tube straight to stadium

For the 1st time after using the coach on previous occasions, we're staying over and not sure whether to stick around Wembley after the game or head elsewhere towards Central London.

Pre-match its the Arch (greyhound) or the Green Man. Wetherspoons in Wembley gets busy but I'm not sure about outside drinking as it's on the main road.

Green Man has always been decent before the game....

Unless you like dining at restaurants eating condemned meat and running the gauntlet of angry Somali youths I'd head to Covent Garden.

Pre match Borough Market, good pubs, food and decent transport links - Post match there are decent pubs around Marylebone

I enjoyed a few pints pre Hull final in The Volunteer on Baker Street 100yds beyond the tube station and less crowded than the ones closer to Marylebone Road.

This year due to the train situation I'm in the hands of the coach driver so don't have any definite plans, but, for any drinks near the ground I've always headed towards The Torch/Crock of Gold

Just had a steak at place called Steak&co in Leicester sq. can really recommend it, you actually finish cooking it your self.
