I think the comment was referring to whether there was a racist element in the forcing of the arm into McGilvrays mouth to get a potential bite then claim to be the victim.

I agree there could always be the possibility of adjudicators wanting to appear PC. I was thinking about that the other day when the incident happened - if Travis Robinson had reacted inappropriately (e.g. a bite) to one of or guys pulling his beard (religious association) would he face action? Probably not.

Surely the question to be asked is why was Farahs arm inside JMs mouth in the first place?

Feel sorry for mcgillivary always going to look bad a players mouth near another players arm or other body part. Its a contact sport what do they expect.

The more watch it I'm more convinced that the other players involved in the tackle were causing both farrah and mcgilvrey to both move in the tackle making it appear like a bite. I'm still to see him chomp on the guys arm!!

I don't think there's any racism involved here it's absurd to suggest as much, should he get away with it because he is black then that itself is racist and completely wrong!! I want him to be found guilty or not guilty based on the evidence.

There's not much doubt that Farah shouldn't have had his arm anywhere near his face but I doubt if the teeth marks will be ignored.

I think k that image used by the BBC shows the extent in which the arm was being forced into his face. Also watch the replay and watch what was causing them to move especially what moved his head forward.

I hope that it's a no further action case but you never know from reading some reactions there are people that saw a bite....
