Concentrate on the rugby, being better will increase the fan base, the finance. The above with carp rugby will drive fans away.

Those suggestions should put season ticket sales up. That could even indicate the quality of the "chat" on 27th July.

Perhaps our esteemed CEO should have waited till the meeting at the end of the month to discuss potential ideas, as these are the worse two ideas I've heard and I now have zero confidence in the club, from the top to the very bottom.

Im starting to think it will be a joke and nothing will be learned or achieved at that meeting, be interesting to know the kind of people invited. My guess it will be full of kids.

The CEO should be filling everyone (who has or wants anything to do with the club) with confidence regarding the current and future prospects for the club. That was a amateurish as you can get and shows that rather than being the man he is just a puppet.

The meeting he will chair with the fans will be a total "love in" as they wont allow dissenter's in the room.

Ive got an invite, so at least one voice to make it uncomfortable for him.

Considering the interview with rugbyam was done at the Leigh game ,the Guardian must even have found it too cringeworthy to follow up.
