Anyone fancy meeting up at the Castille in Perpignan on Friday night for a beer and a sing song before the big day Saturday?

There's 26 of us over Perpignan and we arrive Friday about 12 o'clock. We'll be in the Castle from about 1 o'clock onwards so I'm sure you won't miss us. Roll on February.

Don't think there will be as many of us as usual, but I'm sure the place will still be rocking with Wire fans

4 of us arriving in Perp Thursday afternoon. Castle bar didn't seem as welcoming in September as it has now changed hands and seemed to be after a different type of customer. Mind the photo exhibition may not have helped. We made our home for the weekend at Baron Britz. He is an ex union player from SA and a man mountain. Him and his wife were spot on

Mike you do know I've managed to arrange free beer for the bus from Barca Airport! Not too sure from previous experience you will see 1pm

That doesn't sound like a good business idea from the Castle Bar. It used to be packed!

Agree it's a real shame but they sold the place and all the old usual faces whlo used to serve us have left too. Really hope they realise and sort it out. Also get rid of the piano!
