The title of the post tells us more about the poster than Mitchell Dodds ... who seemed to be a great bloke. I'm sure he would have loved to play his part in the season.

An unfortunate year for him, but all things considered this is great for us. Neither party have burnt bridges and we haven't paid out on a long contract. He goes to another club to carry on rehab and get back on the field and may return one day.

Far better than our previous recruitment, where we would lock them in for a number of years, and be forced to keep injured players on the cap, like Paul Johnson.

Warrington did the right thing by looking after Mitchell Dodds after his injury. If we want to sign overseas, or indeed UK players in the future they may think twice if the club doesn't stand by them if and when they are hurt. I can also understand him being pleased to be back in familiar surroundings in Brisbane after spending a year frustrated by not being able to contribute to his club. Most players hate being out of the game because of injury, it's bad enough if you are at home surrounded by friends and family, to be in a foreign rainy land must be miserable. Good luck to the lad.

He's not the best interviewer I've heard.
He makes Alan Jackson's player interviews on radio Merseyside actually sound good!!

You will get some money back with the Broncos playing you, the way you have stood by Dodds won't have done any harm with getting the fixture

Bit of a disappointing interview. It would have been nice to hear him thank the club for helping him recover and for being part of the team throughout the season. Instead we just get the typical Aussie winge about the weather.

I wonder why we didn't deregister him and sign another prop when he broke his leg. We have enough cash don't we?

Mr Dodds obviously doesn't realise this has been one of our better summers.

I know. He had plenty of time on his hand to travel around and see the historic sights of the United Kingdom, watch English sport, take in some culture, visit some of the stunning countryside of the Lake District or Scottish Highlands. Or he could whinge about the weather in true stereotypical style.
