Out of the 3 times we've played them, we were arguably the better team.(except at the HJ where both teams were so poor you can't make judgement).
Under that premise, Wire ought to still win this.

Imo the brand of football played by Hull this year is probably the worst RL I've seen consistently throughout a season, completely belying their position in the league!

Yes Wire tore FC to pieces up the right side and we bombed 4 chance's over the line...you could make an argument that like with Houghton on Currie was down skill, but it wasn't, it was a great gasp tackle, but back to FC away, Lineham just stank those chances amiss.

Our dominance over FC and for much of the CC was large, we literally blew chance after chance at Hull and imploded at Wembley.
As selfish as I come across to not be gracious in defeat is because I would consider it patronising when my point of us being the better team, is my agenda.

I too have hated every one of our performances this season. I think we should be investigated for fraud over our Wembley win and theft for the four points we stole off you in the league.

If you leave your coach door open on Friday night we'll leave the challenge cup on one of the seats for its safe return back with you. I've also rang that nasty man from Red Hall who took away your LLS in front of the Sky cameras last Friday. We'll make sure you get it back when you pop over. No need to bring you kit, you've already proved yourselves to be far better than us on three occasions this season, so please don't embarrass us again with your on field superiority.

Finally, congratulations on winning the Grand Final. Hull have beaten St Helens twice this season, so they obviously don't deserve to win. As for Wigan, they robbed you blind with those 21 unanswered points last week, so doubt they'll stand in your way.

You know what, i've jsut been watching the game back, that exact thing has got on my tits more than tomkins whilst watching it.

i also got quite peed off on friday night about him waiting to shake all the wigan players hands, i know he likes to do this in certain games and i can understand it, but there's a time and a place and for us, that wasn't it. Every time his dumb tactic backfires he puts on that stubborn smirk that you want to slap to death with a wet kipper.

Umming and ahhing over whether to go on Friday, in the grand scheme of things we need two wins next week and the week after to win the GF, regardless of Friday. I wouldn't begrudge Hull the LLS, think they have been the best team this season.
