Looks as though Jack Johnson will make his SL debut this weekend against Hull. Not that I expect him to play too many minutes, but it should be interesting. I wonder if Hull will also take the opportunity to field some of their u19's ?

Think you need to check your header W/O 
Think Jack Johnson will play FB and i think we will be suprised as to how long he plays(probably the whole match), i hear TS has great faith in this lad and hopefully he can make an impact,from what i have seen of him he should definately add speed in attack and some much needed flair

Haha, that was a good typo. Can't say I blame you for the choice either. ATM I am trying to delude myself that 2016 will turn back the clock and we will see a quality squad that is motivated and can play attractive footy again. I think I saw better games with the U19's this season than the senior team. |

You mean the youngsters we fielded against saints and leeds in fash, downs logan etc

Would've thought Jack will play the full game. Don't understand why we'll carry on with Myler when he's on the way out, give Patton the game time.

This. Sorry ghf but Patton has too much to prove, nowhere near a hb standard for SL for the heights we are aspiring too. If we can't get an A team together, I'd give him a season loan in the lower leagues. (I include GOB) if he doesn't get moved out permanently.
For sure he is not going to be a first choice hb here so why waste the coming dead rubbers just to prove it. Play whoever (excluding Gidley) will be a partner next season. |
