| It's time to be brutally honest.
We are a very very poor side. Let's not make excuses and blame injuries / suspensions.
1. On paper, the side tonight would be an average championship team. At best.We don't have enough quality....end of.
2. If anyone tells me again that Ratchford should play full back......just watch the game over again tonight......clueless.
3. It's time we moved players on.....no room for sentiment...lets get them gone.
4. IMO....Asotasi,Atkins,Monoghan,Myler(Catalans) all need to go ASAP.
5. Ask yourself which of our current players would get in Leeds/Saints side and that shows how weak we are (prob Hill, Clark and Westwood)
6. We've done well since Agar came in lol

| We are not a very very poor side at all. We are just average/mediocre.
Average/mediocre sides can be ing terrible at times, can be sensational beating the best sides at other times and can be, well, just average/mediocre the rest of the time.
We have a lot of flaws. But we are not very very poor.

| Bang average is the term I use.
On the plus side, it's saved me a few bob across the last 2 years.
I refuse to even look at a trade papers and the guardian when we get beat.

| No side that belts Leeds twice, and Wigan this season is very, very poor. We simply have half a side that don't want to put the effort in. We have the blueprint we just are not willing to execute it. Sandow would have ran riot behind a pack on top like we've been able to a couple times this year. Our season pretty much rests on next week now, lose and we are well and truly gone.

| always makes me laugh when i see or hear fans saying players X Y Z etc "have to go"
get rid of ( INSERT PLAYER) do they think clubs can just let players go or sack them?
and who do you replace them with if you just "let them go" or "get rid"?
i would bet my last quid that the same fans that call for players to be got rid off would be the first ones to moan and complain if the club actually did get rid and ended up with academy players or players other clubs don't want.
it's not a dig at Warrington fans, ours are just as bad, it's just fans in general.

| It's amazing how prone to ups and down Warrington-fan morale is. When Sandow was announced you were lording it up on here, talking of the double being a possibility and the Challenge Cup a mere formality now the last piece had been put into the puzzle.
Your halfbacks are pretty good players. Myler is a classy 6 and O'Brien a perfectly capable Super League 7. Put those two into the Leeds or Wigan squad and no one would be criticising them at all.
Is Smith the problem? I was laughed at for suggesting Sandow's arrival might hasten Smith's exit, but it doesn't seem like the players are all that committed at the moment. Is changing the coach perhaps now the final piece?

Don't feed the lovewit.
You are on here that much, are you claiming squatters rights (sic)
We've already had unwanted people in Warrington this week (s on Bruche Park on Mon/Tues), we don't need another.

| As I've said all along on the Leeds board. Smith was massively blessed by the signings the club made for him. Signing the likes of Ali, Ellis and Peacock and he still went backwards in 2006 and we needed to give him Webb and Leuluai to get another trophy.
When Wire are making big name signings all is good. Give him some he'd have to polish then not a chance. He's been given two MOS in Hodgson and Clark and still hasn't got a GF, now had to get Sandow to rescue a playoff spot.

The only ones on here talking up the double are the deluded ones but feel free Saddened to dig up any posts to prove your point otherwise if not your the deluded one.

I can't believe it's still being allowed to happen! In the time that you've been using it as a tactic, from the games I've seen, you're well down in the battle of it coming off for you or not.
It's a risk play that should possibly be used when you're chasing a game.

| Are people taking into account the difficulty we put on the kickers who DO get their kicks away? If you only judge the tactic by the results of the ones we get to then yeah, we've not done well out of it this year, and from the games I've seen that's because we're not following them up as eagerly. Currie today couldn't outrun Briscoe and Watkins to get his, though he had a damn good effort; where was everyone else?
For the ones that do go, how many times have we forced the kicker into a poor kick? Loads. I think it was last time we played Leeds actually when our kick pressure pushed Sinfield to belt it clear into the stands on the full near the halfway line. Somehow I don't think he'd make that big a mistake if we weren't putting the pressure on.
