Very interesting. The Friday night BBC2 slot is a write off in terms of viewing figures. So the BBC have presumably chosen Hull KR v Wire as a bigger spectacle than Saints v Leeds.
Happy with being able to walk to our semi final though.

I'm guessing a couple of thousand at the most. I wonder why they didn't allocate the Western Terrace to you as well? |

Yeah that would have made most sense to me - South and East allocation to one team, and North and West to the other, meaning both teams get one terrace and one seated stand.
I know it still wouldn't exactly have been an even split, but as it is HKR will have far more terrace tickets than we will.

I doubt any Leeds fans who support both their clubs or Evertonian Wires could get from Headingley to Elland Road in time to watch both games so that won't make much difference.
If you're getting a train direct from Warrington to Leeds though it's worth bearing in mind it will start in Liverpool and plenty of Blues might be planning to make a day of it and go early. If you want to swerve them then get a Manchester train either from Bank Quay or the East Midlands train from Central and get a train from Piccadilly to Leeds that doesn't start in Liverpool. |
