I know he has to keep a certain distance from his players but I sometimes felt he could be a bit too controlling, when we had Briers and Bert especially against top teams we would play a certain way and in most of the important games we were often sussed out, Maybe he has realised things need to freshen up including a change of direction as RD would say he has decided to wake up and smell the custard, if that's true it's about about time.
