Saw him before that last RL World Cup when googling about the USA team.
It just they call RU, league over there.
I posted on here about him.
Like Penny.
He was an ex sprinter.

Not seen RU called league over there, but if you ever see anything over there just labelled as "Rugby", then it's going to be union.
I started a thread looking to fill in some knowledge gaps on the international forum and got a very thorough response. I would link to it but it appears the international forum has gone.

Not seen RU called league over there, but if you ever see anything over there just labelled as "Rugby", then it's going to be union.

One of the youtube videos is called "Carlin Isles destroys England and gets destroyed". It features him trying to make a tackle and being pushed flat on his back.
Excellent that is one of the hallmarks of being a cult overrated hero.
I would rather we signed a player with genuine pace and who cares about his defence. Offiah, Brian Bevan weren't known for their defence.
Get Joel 'tortoise' Monaghan out, and get this lad in. Who cares if he doesn't score as many tries as Joel did.

If you search usa rugby league then you find union and league.
That was how I found CI too
I should have been clearer. Can't remember if it was gog or utub

He spent last season with Glasgow RU and was subsequently released without ever making the first team. Sorry, but if he cant cut it in RU, there's no way he'd last long in League.

Plenty of big name league players have gone over to RU and not been able to cut it. |
