It seems Joel has been nominated among others for Winger of the Year ,likewise Mickey Higham ,Hooker of the Year which seems pretty strange when he couldn't even get within sniffing distance of the England training camp.

When you say nominated how many are in contention?

Higham had a decent year for us and I don't know what the numbers were like for the England training camp, but with the coach's two out and out 'hooker picks' and the possibilty of Burrow filling in, then was there room for a fourth choice?

Or are you saying that Higham should have been given the opportunity to impress at first hand against Roby and McIlorum?

What it is is the RLIF Team of the Year ....all the other nominations are NRL players ,there is an article on Warrington Guardian web page. So in the opinion of whoever compiled the nominations he is the SL representative as hooker & Joel as winger.

He can add it to his growing collection of individual achievements this year... Possibly won more than any other RL player.... But according to your coach has the wrong attitude

Perhaps he knows less than he thought- Perhaps he should have kept his thoughts about an individual who he has had little contact with in a professional manner to himself rather than publishing them in the media.

I am sure he gives a flying one what you think and will take your opinion on board in future

I hope not id rather he continues with his little outbursts- and continues to be shown wrong!

Maybe if Mr Brough had acted in a more professional manner at certain times in his career he would be better thought of. He didn't perform too well in the 3 games I saw him in last season.
