| I won't be paying for Premier Sport but might watch a few games on streams. I'm assuming the biggest ones will be on the BBC website and the rest will be easy enough to find. Personally I prefer watching sport on my laptop or tablet in peace, but if you want to watch a match on your telly all you need to do is get it on your computer then hook it up with an HDMI lead. It's not hard, unless you've got a very old telly obviously!

| Only the Rugby League would sell the TV rights to a channel which 4 million people don't have access too!

I believe the BBC only wanted to take the big games and then pick and choose the others as and when. The 'lesser games' were not wanted by SKY, who i think wanted the lot or nothing at all so the RFL took the premier Sports offer which was the best on the table.
TBF all the big games are FTA so i dont think there is all that much to grumble about really.

TV rights for the World Cup are sorted independently by an agency, the name of which escapes me. Sky put in a strong bid but it was rejected as they thought they could get a better deal. This was non forthcoming and when they went back to sky they were told where to go.
Annoying but Premier Sports offers brilliant coverage of the sport with championship RL, Northern Rail Cup, every NRL game, origin, student RL, USA v Canada test matches et al.
Starting to get excited for the World Cup now!

4 million people? They offer an online subscription at £9.99, so practically anyone with an internet connection can access it!!!
Don't know why people are complaining that the full tournament is not on BBC, they treat the greatest game with nothing but contempt. I for one am glad that Premier Sports has the full tournament on it's channel, and even more so that they are pulling out the stops by bringing Vossy over to do presentation/commentary along with Daryl Halligan.
