When we bought him, I was very skeptical, as I thought he was lazy bottomed at his old club

When he played, I changed my mind, but thought he could do a lot better.

This season, he's improved no end.

He was quality and was rightly selected as our first choice fullback after the Leeds game. His goalkicking gave us the platform to go on and win the game.

I also thought Grix was fabulous tonight. I would love to see him given a regular position week in week out... He has really come of age and has been invaluable this season to us.

I thought Hill was massive for us, made good metres everytime.

I want Grix to be captain next year anyone else and I'll be vexed

Couldn't make tonight - saw the game on TV and Super Benny was by far the best player on the pitch

Grix has never once let us down, he's just been unfortunate over the years with injuries.

Grix was great again tonight, in yet another position. What a player.

Grix has been my player of the season. He's like an axe in defence, does more than his share in attack, versatile, virtually error free, doesn't give penalties.

He has to start next week, and having missed out on the cup finals, it would be fitting for him to finally pick up a winners medal this year.

Ratch is just class-love watching him run the ball back, and in open play. Can't wait to see him grow into the role next year. Just think it would be good if we can get Hodgson in somewhere next week.

Grix, Ratchford and Hill all immense. Would be happy with either Grix or Hill as captain next year.
