I suspect you might have gone for House or Carvell. I thought it might have been House, but he is 'only' 106Kg, whereas Carvell is in fact 113Kg (17 stone 8lb). I think I misjudged it because of the height; House is 192 cm (6 ft 4 ), 4 cm taller than Carvell.

But anyway, you have all guessed wrong because its neither. Our heaviest player is in fact Rob Holroyd who plays in the U19. He is an unbelievable 118Kg (18 stone 8lb) although he is the same height as Carvell ( 6ft 2 ). He got a mention in the U19 game against Widnes where he apparently 'punched holes' in their defence (hardly surprising, if I had been playing against him I think I would have politely waved him on and stepped out of the way).

But what is rather more surprising is his age, he is only 16.

He sounds like a freak, in a good way. That's what we need more of in the British game because the Aussies and NZers have loads.

I'm 194cm and 132.5kg. I've got a bit of fat around my belly and thighs but I'm not 'fat', if that makes sense. I just need to get back in shape.

Dave Taylor is 188cm and 122kg. I reckon at full conditioning I'd be around 125kg, but I'd look like DT at full fitness - I've always been a freak!

I saw a postman deliver to a mate (bloody huge bloke), then since seen him at Wire games.

No not me. But if Wire wanted two more lads in the squad I'm sure me and the postie would be happy to fill in, in the pack, in certain games. Christ, I'm sure we could both have done a better job than the Hull KR pack did against Wigan today!
