Having driven to St Helens for the match and back, it's due to the weather and nothing more. It was horrendous in St Helens, the snow is beyond ankle deep where people haven't walked now and there were really strong winds as well.
The game should have been called off. They closed the terraced areas as they were deemed unsafe and had four men constantly sweeping the lines of snow. It took a while to find the centre circle after someone scored.
