I noticed sometime ago there was a topic regarding the game in Gillingham. Just to give you some insight Gillingham is a dump, but just a couple of train stops back towards London there is Rochester which is a nice place, and the weekend we play it is their Dickens weekend with lots going on at the castle and in the town.
At least this year I can get the train up and have a couple of beers as opposed to having to drive up to The Stoop.

I think when I had a quick look the other week it worked out somewhere under £30, but that is with a railcard. Probably get it booked when the fares come out in April, will keep you in the loop. |
