According to inside sources this is to be our last game of the season... I must say I'm rather disaponted. Wheather not as good, IF we get to both finals that's gonna cost a bomb. Plus world cup matches... I thought we were the favoured supporters at catalans. What have we done to deserve this?!?

Ahh I see well that's OK then.

Perpignan has always been a holiday for me though spending a few days in Spain as well making a bit of a holiday of it. Alot of money for a game at the business end of the season.

don't worry, the weather will be great and the accommmodation etc cheaper being out of the school holiday period - look around and you will find some good holiday rental deals in the area which will save you haveing to stay in Spain

weather not as good !!? you gotta be kidding, it'll still be beaut in early September, it's been 18 degrees over there today. Lookin' forward to this already and booked our flights to Barca yesterday (and a couple of nights accomodation in Perpy). Always have a great time out there and did both weekends this year. Hell, even the beer is cheaper than was when I first went.

Will there be a day trip running?

Catalan v Bradford was round 27 last year, the same day I went to Salford v Wakey (in Leigh) and it was bloody boiling on the costa del East Lancs so I wouldn't worry about the south of France. Schools go back that week so hotels etc are likely to be cheaper too. As you say though a lot of money for the business end of the season, especially with the World Cup but someone has to play there!

Don't see how the money comes into it? If anything you get more time to save up. If you would be able to afford it earlier in the season, then simply stick your money in a savings account!

can't see why wire fans are complaining if you have the last away game there, virtually every season since the french have been in the superleague, warrington have been given the favourable fixtures in summer!

yes you may take loads at that time of the year, so would other clubs given the opportunity, lets see how good and loyal wire fans are if they are given early february or march fixtures!
