Just wanted to post on here and give the guy BIG raps for his performance so far this year.
He must be pinching himself all the time. Just how big was his smile on Saturday (never thought he was going to let the trophy go....)

To have made the step up, he has made it look easy, which am sure it isn't.
Never seen him take a backward step, and always seems to make yards in the collision, as well as when he steps.

Whoever 'spotted' him and made the call to TS, we salute you...

Brilliant asset to the Team and see him becoming (more of) a favourite.

Definately stood up and played his heart out and fully deserves his place in starting 17.

I think next season will be key as to wether he progresses or as with too many youngsters in SL fades off into obscurity in their second season. But he does look like he has the hunger and determination to succeed

from what i have seen of chris on and off the field cant have been more impressed
hes been purchased as a squad player and within 3 months was in the 17 and has not left it since
what i have really impressed with is his skill with the ball in hands, he is confident in passing either side
i really hope the club has looked after this lad in terms of the new deal he has signed

As i have said on here before i have known Chris since he was 17 training and working at our gym and watched him come on year after year, he has always trained hard and loves playing for Wire.

About next season, he will only get better believe me, in my opinion he will play for England that's for sure.

On making yards in the tackle he always has all be it in the Championship i know, but has proved he can do it just as well in SL, he is very rarely dominated in the tackle and if he is he hates it, just watch his face if that happens.

You have a very good young prop and a truly nice guy in Hilly, good luck in the play offs from all Leythers.

he's too old for young player of the year, i reckon he's front runner for LE' rookie of the year award.

He'd get my vote for rookie of the year, he's stepped up from the championship and he's looked like he's been playing super league for years at the highest level. Ive yet to see him be pushed back in a tackle and not make any yards, his leg drive is impressive to say the least, his skills with ball in hand were on shown when he offloaded to Richie Myler for the Joel Monaghan try, he's some signing.

Deserves all the accolades, and not one Leigh fan has a bad word to say about his move to Warrington. In fact, I am surprised he stayed with us 7 years ! All the Leythers came on the Wire forum stating what a top player you had. I bet St Helens are gutted now as they wanted him on the cheap !
