After this I was thinking of ten or eleven players to fit into the other four places but this is my definite top six.

Danny Houghton better than Sam Tomkins? I rate him as a decent young player but I wouldn't rate him that highly, you're perfectly entitled to your opinion though.

| Always rated David Ferriol at Catalan to be a good player.
1. Tomkins
2. Micky Monas
3. Tommy Lelulei (sp)
4. Briersy
5. Ryan Hall
6. Ferriol
7. Dereau
8. Ryan Atkins
9. Roby
10. Dobson
The above are in no particular order.
How McBanana lets Sinfield, JJB, Peacock and Chase anywhere near the England side is beyond me. We need a new, younger feel to the side, and picking the same old cart horses won't allow the youngsters to come through.

Just my personal preference. Sam Tomkins is the best open field runner in this country. He is probably the most exciting player to watch in the country. But his defence and passing is nowhere near the standard of Houghton. It's not all about highlight plays for me. If someone is outstanding at the bread and butter stuff i find that as being as excellent as the highlight plays. and i don't like Tomkins neither (that probably has a lot to do with it), i think he's a ing mard ar$e (still a top player, mind).

So you think Sam Tomkins' defence is better than Super League's top tackler? And you think Houghton's passing skills are inferior to Tomkins? Also you don't think Tomkins is the best open field runner in the league? Nor that he's the league's most exciting player? Plus you don't accept when someone likes to see players do the simple things? Nor can you recognise that someone can dislike Tomkins' other aspects that he has?
My favourite footballer over the last five or six years has been Andrés Iniesta, my favourite basketballer is Russell Westbrook...other players get all the headlines (Messi/CRonaldo; Lebron/Durant), I just like their games better. Is it beyond your understanding that people can have views like that?
