| It was a very ugly match and our discpline was awful - at least that's how it came over.
We were not 13 points better.
Thought Waterhouse, Higham, Carvell and Ratchford had good games, but it was not pretty.
Can anyone explain our ''forwards'' strategy today?
I thought we seemed to have 4 props on the pitch atonce in the 2nd half - Carvell, McCarthy, Morley and Hill...... a bit confused.

| Not playing as well as we can on a bog of a pitch and coming away with a win. I'm not complaining. Lots of defending on our own line and only conceded ten points, difficult to complain about that too.
Good attitude from our boys to grind out the win.

| It certainly wasn't a pretty affair... gave loads of penalty's away, dropped loads of ball.
did the job though, which is all that really matters.

| On a dry sunny day we'd have stuck 30 by them.

But it wasn't dry and sunny, and how can you be so sure?

| For me this was our 2nd best win of the season. The weather was poor and the pitch wet & soggy
We lost Monas M, Simon Grix & Super Ben in the build up, then we lost Lee for most of the 1st half and Brett after approx 25 minutes. One of our Interchanges (Tyke) played a full 80 minutes of RL only 48 hours previously, we were playing as TS said a 'Spirited' Bulls team.
Tonight was a very good win for us.

| Don't get me wrong - we rode our luck, our defence was given a real test and came through, but the penalty count must have been pretty poor.

| Too many cooks at times. I'm still in Bradford, and wont get chance to watch it back until tomorrow, but in the later stages it looked like we had no structure at all. Ratchford, had a good game, but at times it seamed like we had 13 halfs on the pitch.

Good summary, it wasn't a vintage Wire victory but we take the points and focus onto the next game at Leeds. Bradford put up a good fight and for the majority of their fans to applaud them off the field at the end it must have been a good performance from the Bulls, albeit they were quite one dimensional with the ball, only Jeffries if I remember being their main creative player.
Our discipline looked poor at times today and the Bridge incident may be costly.
Still a win is a win, let's hope the injuries aren't too bad for next week.

this.....
very good win tonight. If Lee hadn't have got back on for the 2nd half it could well have been a loss IMO...his kicking was spot on in the 2nd.

| Wire did what they had to do tonight, and ground out a win. They got some 50 : 50 calls but that sometimes happens.
No drama, move on to the next game, but don't moan when those calls go the other way.
