| Pretty much the same team from last year. The team who played us the best last year beating us twice. I think we'd need to beat them twice next year if we're to retain our shield. The general opinion on the Giants forum is that there squad is as good as ours. I'm not sure if I agree with that. I think their pack is pretty strong but their three-quarter line isn't as good. Alot of people have them pushing the top four. I expect a bit of a drop off, maybe 6th,7th. That's more to do with others getting stronger.

| I don't see them as a major threat to our title, be interesting to see how the players and club react to Nathan Brown leaving. When it was rumoured last season he was leaving the Giants wobbled.
Fighting Catalan for 4th, a fight I think they will lose.

| I see it as being a normal season for Huddersfield where they threaten to be a very good side and kick on but the end result will probably be similar.

47035_1386433761.gif We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_47035.gif |

| I don't think the general opinion on the Huddersfield forum was that their squad matched warrington's.
In fact I think it was that Warrington beat Huddersfield man for man with a few exceptions.

Not sure how long you have been following RL, but the league title went to Warrington Wolves last season.
Here is the photo to prove it.

50086_1357229109.jpg [b:33tg3xj5]Me:[/b:33tg3xj5] I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.
[b:33tg3xj5]knockersbumpMKII:[/b:33tg3xj5] Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_50086.jpg |

Darlings of Super League: |
|
| As good a pro as he's been, I really don't see a 33/34 year old Lee Gilmour with over 420 games on the clock as a SL-winning centre. Still, there's a bit of pace and size in that backline even if the skill levels aren't top class.
We've seen these guys before and on their day they're excellent. The trouble is that 'their day' tends to fall in February - July in the season and, by the time the days are getting shorter, they tend to come off the rails. I don't think they have that extra bit of quality that's needed to win a game when silverware is within reach, but they seem to have stayed still while one or two other clubs have lost quality, so we'll see.
