| I might only be 32, but I'm looking for a decent boozer in Warrington that may have some proper bitter on. Dont want any of the standard Smiths/Tetleys/Boddingtons.
Wondered if you good people might be so kind as to recommend somewhere. Preferably in or near to town centre.
Thanks in advance.

| Lower Angel is a bit of an old mans pub but has it's own beers on that it brews itself (or it did last time i was in)
If you know Warrington well it's just up from where Yate's was (now whetherspoons called looking glass)
If not, head toward town centre from bus or central train station, keep walking until you see the big fountain (like a disc, not the one near the bus station that shoots up), take a left and its half way down on your left

| I had a chilli chocolate beer in The Albion a while back - bloody awful.
Enjoyed a few pints of the new Stella Black down in Bristol at the weekend - quality beer and a lovely glass

The Tavern at the bottom of Church street which is about 10 minutes from the ground has all the real ales you will want and I find that on match day it is a proper RL pub.
The picture on the website below calls it Wilkies Tavern but it is now just called the Tavern.
