Got in just to see most of the 2nd half. We scored some superb tries - in particular our final try which was with the last play of the game (and straight from the kick off after we had just scored). Obviously the coaches have them playing in the same way as the first team as they weren't scared to throw the ball around a bit. Thoroughly enjoyed watching them.

Fantastic game last night from the under 20s. Some of the tries were as good as some you see in super league especially the last one. Well done to Ben Currie on his hat-trick, he really seems to be going from strength to strength and such a nice lad as well. And it was great to see them at half time parading their 9s trophy and some of them backing up from tue and still being professional enough to put their all in after such a great performance on tue. Well done lads eusa_clap.gif eusa_clap.gif

Match report up on the main site:

www.warringtonwolves.org/wolves- ... iants-4467

" the ball was passed out left to second row Ben Currie who sliced through the Huddersfield defence and raced sixty metres to score under the posts"

"the ball found Currie who broke through and raced fifty metres to score under the posts"

"he found Currie on his outside who raced seventy metres to score a deserved hat trick under the posts"

sounds a good as hat-trick as you'll see from a 16 year old second-row playing at that level.

The u18s won today as well; 32 - 30 after being 24 - 0 down. Good impact off the bench from Morrison, Learmouth and Giles appearing to change the game.
