Not sure if this has been said before on here ..but this guy is very good in my opinion...his presentation of the game at half time was excellent. More from him I say.

He always gives a balanced overview and is good to listen to. He did say Catalans would beat us in the semis last year though

Sorry, have to disagree. Carney's accent alone could put a glass eye to sleep. I could listen to Well's analysis all day long. With Carney, it's 5 minutes and then I'd switch over. He's boring as anything.

Think Wells & Carney are a breath of fresh air for Sky's coverage of the SL.

They really need to ditch Stevo & Phil Clarke & get those 2 in the commentary box

did anyone hear phil's stat about us blowing salford out last year then losing the next game, so telling us to be very wary of losing our next match due to over confidence. Does he not know that we have blown out our opponents in 4/5 last games?

Wells and Carney together would make a great pairing, Well's being professional and well rounded and then Carney to go off on one when he sees fit, with wells able to reel him back in.
