Anyone know what all the fuss was about in the Wire end when lots of stewards and police poured in during the Saints/Wigan game?

Big section of Wire fans were the trouble was.
Not sure if it was Wire though, had my worries it was but didn't look like any arrests and we don't play in black and red tops.

I'm guessing similar events to Wembley when i think it was Leeds and Wigan? fans fighting in are end, i may be wrong with the Wigan fan btw |

We were entertained by two Saints fans fighting each other at the Grand Final a few years ago - very amusing!
Why do fans always highlight the negatives? I know our game wasn't the best but there must have been some positives to focus on. Most people I know that went had a great time.
50,000 people representing 14 different clubs; we don't want a couple of drunken fools to take the gloss off do we?

I've just sat in a pub in Hull watching the Hull derby with a 'league virgin', who about 60 minutes in turned around to me and said I can't believe the way fans are mixing, we would never get that in a pub in Nottingham.
Let's not let the very small minority ruin it for the rest of us. Rugby League is a family sport and something to be proud of. |

We all seem to be in agreement that we should be talking about the rugby, to be fair it was a tiny incident in a whole days worth of rugby. Would you get that elsewhere especially after beer ?
