Mummy duck is now thoroughly depressed. SHE was the one that was famous for losing five in a row........until the 2011 GF!!!!!: |

| Heard this week that the club is going to be stricter about enforcing the season ticket rule that match day vouchers should NOT be detached from the booklet and that admission will not be granted if you dont have the full booklet with you.
Aparently this has been spelt out in a letter sent to all season ticket holders. Checked with my daughter (who also checked with her mates) and non of them have had anything. Anybody else received (or not) this "letter"?

| I've gota season ticket didn't get a letter but I think there is something in the small print either at front or back of season ticket book that does say something about having the whole book rather than just the voucher.

| I'm sure I read in my season ticket small print that juniors will not be admitted into the ground unless accompanied by an adult. Has that always been in there?
Makes sense to me as will cut out the riff-raff in the South Stand. I hope they extend it to cover students as well.

| In the club shop, the man said that it was in the rules at the beginning of the book. Why does it matter if you just have the singular ticket rather than the full book, just to ask?

| At the front of the bookMUST bring your full season ticket book for admittance at the turnstiles.
Near the back of the book there is a page which says:
Please ensure all children under 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult

| It also says something about the tickets being non transferrable. Again, I'm not sure what difference it makes? The ticket can only be used once, as it is taken off you at the turnstile. Therefore does it matter if the person whose name it is allocated too attends or whether someone else attends in his/her place?

The seaon ticket gives the HOLDER the right to attend the home games. In theory, if you lend your mate you ticket when your on holiday the club will be losing out on £17 of income as a result of your mate not buying his ticket. In the past people have given the match vouvher to their mate so that they have there season ticket ready for attending the next game. I know its been in the booklet for some years but Ive heard that this year the club will be clamping down on it.....no full booklet = no admission.

| See what your saying about the club losing out on £17, however, if it comes down to my ticket being left unused come the end of the season or me giving it to a mate for a tenner then I know what's more likely to happen!
If the club were to refund any unused vouchers from the season ticket booklet come the end of the season then it might be a more difficult decision.
FWIW I'm not a season ticket holder this year for the first time in 15!

If it did, I know a few more people who would have bought one. They havent, quite simple because at the moment its borderline on the games they will miss added to which the possibility of missing more due to Sky towards the end of the season.
