| Did he drop the ball when he selected to change 5 or 6 players against Quins a few weeks back?
Could Wire, with home advantage, have progressed further with a home game first up in the playoffs?
A great season but in the cold light of day has Tony Smith blew a golden chance of the double?

Ignoring the Tony Smith question, this was the best year for a team outside of the recognised top 2 to win a grand final. Both Saints and Leeds have injuries to key players, Eastmond and Pryce are big losses to Saints and McGuire and Peacock are big losses to Leeds.
I think we blew it collectively, the team have been outplayed over the last 2 weeks and quite a few players have under performed. We were awful against saints and we were abysmal in that first 40 tonight, it would have been an injustice if we had pipped Huddersfield at the end as they were the better side by far over the 80 mins.

| Let's not throw stones people. Tony Smith has been fantastic for Warrington. We were beaten twice in the rain. Think about Hudds away and Wembley this year? Nice bright days where we threw the ball around for fun. Let's remember the good times and learn from the bad.

I think the rest didn't do Wire any favours and probably cost you 2nd place as Quins were there for a beating given the season they've had.
No doubt Smith has taken Wire up a level, has his decision though kept them there and prevented them getting a seat at the top table for two at the dinner that matters?

I think Tony Smith made a mistake, with the results from the last two weeks I wondered what other people thought

| Tony smith IMO is the best coach in super league and if he was at saints i'd trust all the calls he makes because 9/10 times he will get it correct.
He's brought to cups to warrington and this is the best season warrington have had in years.
This season from a warrington point of view must be seen as a step up again as you've won the challenge cup again and also made 3rd in super league which was better than last year.

Spot on mate which makes it even more baffling that a section of our so called 'fans' chose to boo the team tonight, it was embarrassing

| Tony Smith didn't drop the ball or miss a single tackle tonight! If you said to me back in February that we would finish 3rd in the league and would retain the Challenge Cup I would have happily accepted that. I have thoroughly enjoyed this season. Next year we need to add playing well in the rain to our nal and we'll be unbeatable! Tonight they just looked tired.
Have a good holiday boys and see you all next year. I can't wait!

I was pretty shocked how warrington played first half, when ive seen wolves thios year they have always started well.
This week and last week warrington got carved up down the middle which shocked me with the pack you guys have.
Im just so happy we won't be playing you guys as our last ever home game at KR!
