Highest ranked team (Wigan) played the lowest ranked team (Hull KR).

Because Wigan finished higher than us they get to play the lowest ranked side which is Hull KR so we are left with the highest rank.

Id much rather play Hudds than KR,no dis respect the Hudds as they have won 6 on the bounce (i think) so are a threat but KR were outstaning on saturday,really do think they could upset wigan.

Both are dangerous.

Hull KR have Dobson, Galea, Newton, Vella, Murrell. Their back line always does well against us too.

Hudds have those nasty dummy half runners who kill us - Robinson, Lunt, Faiumu - Brough's kicking could too.

Overall, I think we are better equipped to beat Huddersfield who I think we have learned to boss in the middle of the park.

I'd rather play Huddersfield.
25-16 in what was arguebly the most important game for Warrington in the last 30 odd years.
14-10 in the league at there place. Without Briers and myler that day IIRC.
60-4 in the cup at there place.
36-20 at the HJ in the league.

Still, it's the play off's and anything can happen.

Judging by their showing on Saturday, I'd rather play Huddersfield.

Judging by ours on Friday, I'm sure they'd rather play us than anybody else left in the comp.

To the original poster, your initial problem is that a lot of talk of us playing Hull KR in week 2 was based on the assumption that Wigan would beat Leeds.

Because the powers that be want Hudds to be the last opposition to play Saints at Knowsley road (after beating Wire).
