| Very bad news.
Only hope that it isn't as bad as first feared?

| Seems a funny time to bring this out - maybe that the return of Richie Myler has freed time up for Bridge to have some R&R and El Tone is using some spin doctor type proclomation to sort things out a bit? Either way hopefully Bridge isn't out for the season but can return for the run-in & play-offs if not before...

| I thought the same thing. In fact, some of his best performances have come with the injury!

| Its a loss and you feel for Chris Bridge but its a loss we can cover, Matt King to right centre to partner Chris Hicks and Ryan Atkins at left centre with Chris Riley as his winger. Thats still a very strong centre partnership which a lot of clubs would give their right arm for.
The only problem now is we lose some height on the left hand side for kicks, i thought Chris Riley looked weak when he challenged Scott Donald for that kick yesterday which lead to a try where as if it had been Matt King then your looking at a different outcome.
I`m not convinced about Chris Riley`s overall defence, i think it was when McGuire broke through he made a fairly feeble attempt to tackle him. Ive seen similar a few times where he just falls off runners, the lad works hard and he`s come a long way but he needs to work on a few things.
I`m suprised Padders hasn`t been in yet with his biscuit opinion

| I hope he isn't out for the season.
With Myler back hopefully next week, we don't actually NEED Bridge as we have coverage in the centres and in the halves.
Maybe now it's time for him to take 3 - 4 weeks off, get the injury sorted by the medical staff, and then be back in time for the CC Semi's ... Where we could REALLY use his skill.

| Damn shame.
Chris Bridge has really changed my opinion of him over the last 12 months. Both on and off the field. Hopefully he'll come back stronger.

| agreed with a fellow post, bridge is are best centre along with the king. we are badly going to miss him if he his out for rest of season which is a shame but like whats been said we have got myler back so thats a bonus but missing the best centre in england is a massive loss
