Given the damp conditions that we are experiencing at the moment, how bad will the weather have to be before consideration is given to closing the roof at Wembley on the 29th?

Is there a pre-determined set of weather conditions, or is the roof closed on an ad hoc basis?

Who actually makes the decision to close the roof - is it the responsibility of the stadium authorities, the RFL, the match referee, and do the teams have any say in the matter?
