Totally excited by the "Easter Madness" promotion at Wolfware, 20% off for season ticket holders, headed down there today wanting to buy a replica shirt.
Now call me mean if you must, but who wants to pay £70 less 20% for a shirt that must have cost a fraction of that to produce?

A reasonable price for a reasonable product I can live with, but profiteering, or not at those prices, I can do without.

Needless to say, I left without buying anything.

Bad enough being shafted on the pitch without being ripped off in the shop.

They just don't fit right. They're a strange fit across the front (top of chest) as if they've been cut wrong. It's like they're on back to front if you get my drift.

Yeah, mines got a weird fit too, the collar goes up round the neck all weird, its hard to describe, but the chest upwards is just an odd cut really. I'm tempted by the player's-style jersey, just for the better fit but the price is ridiculous for a thinner jersey!

If you want a lighter top, buy a vest. It's not more expensive just because it's 'a thinner jersey!'

Check the link on this thread of Vinnie modelling the shirts. Look closely at the top of the chest at the Canterbury logo, you'll see that is folded over on itself. The shirt folds itself back on itself along that piping across the chest. You can see it in both home and away pics. Sorry for the grammar but it's hard to explain. As for the collar...Well??
