| I thought these 2 young kids were awesome for Leeds yesterday. We put them under some real pressure for big spells in that game and I thought they stood up to it very well.
Hall took a massive hit by Morley in goal but carried on to his credit. It was clearly our plan in the second half to attack that side but I cant fault those 2. Even on the odd occasion that they were able to attack down that side they looked dangerous. I don’t think they missed keith Senior at all.
Lots of positives for us as well. I thought some of our younger forwards looked stronger and more dominant against the opposition pack than before. I have been critical of them not contesting the “wrestle” and being happy just to get the attacker on the floor but I thought Mitchel, Harrison and Pickersgill looked stronger.

| i dont understand the abuse towards kallum watkins. he went to leeds and was offered a good contract. from my knowledge players at his age group were offered contracts before him and another youngster therefore they left for other teams.
so therefore it was a mistake on warringtons count not the lads so i do not think the abuse towards him yesterday was justified.

To be honest, the usual culprits around me were too busy abusing Riley and Monas to bother with an oppo player.

| What's RL without a bit of banter? Thought 'Latchford Reject' song was humorous more than offensive.

| The only connection Kallum Watkins has with Warrington is that at U.16 level he played for Latchford Albion. As far as I know he's Manchester born and raised. So not someone who has slipped through the Wolves paws.

| apparently the lad came down to latchford to play for a better club and try and make the warrington academy. and he was on the warrington books and therefore he could have been signed so yes he has slipped away from warrington and warrington were in prime position to sign him but buggered that up.

He was on our service area sides, I'm not sure if this is too accurate, but I was told he was offered a deal, but one of the coaches at our club told him to take the Leeds offer, and, I'm lead to believe that coach has been sacked, or at least left afterwards.

| My brother played with him at U16 Service Area level and Kallum was not offered a deal at Warrington. So he tried his luck at Salford and Leeds and accepted Leeds' offer. When playing for Warrington, I wouldn't have thought he would have turned out like he was. He must have progressed very very quickly at Leeds. He also played at fullback for Warrington, not centre.

Alot of effort was made in trying to persuade him to sign for Warrington though, but Leeds had already identified him and offered him a great package.

| Stood up well against a far more experienced pair in Gleeson and Hicks, see what happens when a club get's behind their young stars.
