| Was pretty good tonight I thought, amongst alot of dross. Couple of half breaks, got close to scoring twice through strength and then of course he backed up Rileys break.
Defensively, I thought he did well. He was unlucky with that Ferguson try, he spotted the danger, that Ferguson was about to run over Briers and almost stopped that one too. He's done more at centre in two games than King did in a long time. He always seems to find himself on the outside of a defender to give himself a chance of making a break.
I'm not trying to say he was ace, but I think there's positive signs again in Chris. Defenesively, I think he may be our soundest option at centre. He doesn't seem to get caught half as much as King did.
Penny outside Bridge for a few outings, see if they can strike up a partnership. I'd love to see it. I think he could be a decent foil for Penny, and maybe they'd have more of a what should we call it 'understanding'.

| Personally I think if bridge put down his carpets and concentrated more on his game than his walk he would be much better

| I rate Chris Bridge highly and thought he was one of our better players tonight. He's looked pretty solid at centre and King has looked ok playing as his wing.
I'd leave it as it is at the moment as we have so many more problems elsewhere but in an ideal world (mine) I'd like to see Bridge given a chance at 6.

| One of the very few highlights of the game.
He was solid and did quite well considering.

| Been a big fan of his looking in for a few years, And looks to have found a role in the centre he can work with, He has the pace and power and a bag of tricks too - A superb player IMO, Shame he isnt getting the support of his team mates

Agreed.
Just, in the dpeths of depair, you have to look for something, right now, I'm finding that in Chris Bridge. I don't think he let anybody down last night. That can't be said for many.

| One of my favourite players in our side. When he's fit I'd say alongside Gleeson he's our most dangerous player. Terrific runner and the rest of his game is very sound, too. He was one of the only positives from the other night, and I hope Jimmy's told him that as well, our other two halves are already lacking confidence, a confident Chris Bridge could be the difference.

Bridge at 6
Monas at 9
Clarke at 13
Vinnie at 4
Seems simple to me.

| I would also like to see the Bridge-Penny combo, I'd also like to see the Briers-Bridge combo again. But i feel it's to early to clone people yet, hopefully in a few years like. Just imagine a room full of Jimmy Lowes'. Yikes.

Agreed.
It's just a pity that our centres see so little of the ball in our new game-plans.
