Don’t forget Benny. Was out best winger 2003-2005. Became a world class prop. Not sure he ever tried the wing again though, but Sims popped up there a few times and even scored once IIRC?

Silesi Finau played prop one game, then wing in the next back in the Wilderspool days.

| Better than alright, longstaff, Dean and thewlis have been fantastic, brand is playing well too and I wish Robson was staying. Patton, Dean and walker have run the show. Again the players attitude and desire is absolutely spot on. I hope these boys can pick up the win they deserve. If kibula can play to his weight he could be a really, really good player. There's a future in the game for every one of our young players. Brilliant first half.

| Still think Salford will come out and save their embarassment but I am pleasantly proven wrong by our lads. We've been electric in attack at times and could be a score or two even further in front without forward pass calls, to think we could've had 30 on them by half time is amazing. Defence has generally been brilliant too. Had a bit of a shake when Doro and Kibula subbed on but held on. Only mistake there at the end was neither centre or winger really getting off the floor and directly challenging the ball. We wanted to wait till they caught it and wrap them up but just got it wrong.

| How slow are Kibula and Latu when they take the ball up ? Patton has had a good game and is creating good chances. I think the big problem for the young wolves will be to stop the big experienced Salford forwards from rolling forward in the second half.

| Barstewerds. Salford ought to be kind of embrassed at that tbh. Got out of jail with a penalty kick lol.

| Phil Clarke wants Inu for man of the match. He’s just been shown up by a bunch of 17/18 year olds. But apparently that didn’t matter if you can kick a goal.

| I DETEST heroic defeats, but, I'll take that one.
Some good performances from our kids, yet understandably, some naivety too.
More game time will benefit them.
Latu looks slower than Latchford Locks

Which only goes to underline what an attention seeking whopper Clarke is

| Doro is streets ahead of Kibula for me. Longstaff was shattered by the end but is going to be an exceptional player - reminds me a little of Bateman. Dean and Thewlis also looking good. Could have won the game but a gutsy performance.
