In all fairness, the ball absolutely died on him towards the end, on the 4th tackle as they were attacking. He hardly ever kicks it. I'd be fuming if he was one of our half backs.

Have they forgot they have lost the last 5 to us? We've won quite a few cup finals then! Such an arrogant bunch aren't they. 

They still think they're a massive club! Their cup final was last year's quarter final playoff, they threw everything at us and still couldn't win! 

They are just odious. They haven't got the class to commend Warrington on the win. Wellens never compliments us in the post match interview either. 

It's funny because they are in a real bind. Wellens, clearly, isn't at the level of their previous coaches but is a club legend so we will get to watch this play out for a while longer yet. 

That didn't seem to stop them sacking fatty Cunningham though did it? Mind you I hope this continues, even though they're higher up than us in the league so I don't know what they're really moaning about just yet. If they drop, like last year, then fair enough. 

Cunningham got way longer than a none "legend" would have done.

The Warrington cup hoodoo will be causing some anxiety in WA9, until 6th April at the earliest.

In a bit of a meltdown, struggling to get on the site and when I finally did they are whining about the game OH and Wello out again. Robertson failed HiA so he won’t be available next week.

Always something to moan about isn't there? Not as if they just won one of the hardest away games of the fixture list. Bet they'll grumble that we have an extra 24 hours to prep for next week too.

They are never gracious in defeat. The most common question that keeps cropping up is why do they get beaten by a very average Warrington side. It must have been stated that we are 'average' in every other post. I wonder if they will still be trotting this out the next time we beat them in the league.. and the time after that. Not to mention 'its Warrington cup final'. Actually one poster talked some sense and said it was rather embarrassing now trotting out the same lines about us.
