I think when the chips are down, you need someone to influence change to snap the cycle, leaders earn their status during these periods, but we are completely devoid of leadership. For me, even without the parting shot from Amor, the leadership should have been looking at the leadership makeup of the group , which is probably why we have recruited a group of veterans. Calm heads that have seen it all. I would have liked to have seen some longer term planning, and to spread the experience outside of the front row, but it’s a start. We now need to wipe the slate of 2022 and create a good environment for 2023 from day 1.
