| OK fair enough and fair play on the research too. Personally speaking I'm still very glad that the gimmicks seem to have taken a back seat again anyway.

I’m sure he will be along at some point.

| A fair number of posters on here have hinted at exactly what Amor has allegedly said and with some justification. Even in the days of the other Darryl, Van De Velde, when you could meet half the team in pubs in Stockton Heath on a night before the game, Wire never finished next to bottom of the league.

| It’s a funny one this, ultimately, Amor knows what success looks like, so I’d be inclined to listen if he voiced concerns. But, these “professionalism” issues only come out when the team is in poor form. If Price would have gone for a pint in the Kings Head and got the bus to the game when we were in poor form, that would have been cited as unprofessional, but the results changed the optics to him “embedding himself” with the fan base and actually got him some credit in the bank with a few.
I think when the chips are down, you need someone to influence change to snap the cycle, leaders earn their status during these periods, but we are completely devoid of leadership. Hill, Cooper, Hughes we’re the more vocal in the group, then the odd ball bunch of Mamo, King and Lineham who in a completely different way changed the dynamic which can cut tension at times. In truth, we don’t know what the breakdown is in the group now, and nobody really stands out as someone to lead (Williams in the last few weeks aside, he has been like a man possessed)
Then there is the Amor aspect. This will leave a sour taste with a few, spilling secrets from within the camp. But in better form, he’s a gentle giant who always makes times for the fans and is happy to answer a question honestly.
For me, even without the parting shot from Amor, the leadership should have been looking at the leadership makeup of the group , which is probably why we have recruited a group of veterans. Calm heads that have seen it all. I would have liked to have seen some longer term planning, and to spread the experience outside of the front row, but it’s a start. We now need to wipe the slate of 2022 and create a good environment for 2023 from day 1. Luckily, we won’t be too impacted by the World Cup, given our dismal performances, so pre season can kick off with a strong group.

To be fair he could have done a Pogba, limping off then 'stretching' by the pool in Talacre getting himself in prime condition for the team and tournament that matters most to him, rather than the club that pays his bills

| Williams has worked so hard in a struggling team. Sometimes he has over done it but I can understand why that happens. He has been a success. I reckon he could be our only rep. in the World Cup.

Absolutely, we'd be outraged if he couldn't walk from the Kings Head to the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

I think Williams' class will show through in a better performing team. He looked far more comfortable in the mid-season international game. Form is temporary as they say, and there aren't many half-back options for Wane. I can't see any other Warrington players making the squad. Ashton isn't yet the finished article and there are plenty of good wing options out there. I think Wardle will be in there, but he's only a Warrington player for one more week.

| Puts me in mind of that dreadful Dollar record from the 80's
Oh l'amour
Broke my heart and now I'm aching for you
Mon amour
What's a boy in love supposed to do?…
Kyle Amor
Broke some hearts cos he said some home truths
Kyle Amor
What's an unprofessional side supposed to do?
