I must say it was amusing afterwards watching the gormless Westwood's face slowly change as he realised that his assault had been well and truly caught on camera.

I think it even sank into his not-very-intelligent head, that walloping a guy round the head, and then screaming in his ear wasn't the brightest thing to do, and actually made him appear a bit of a bully, rather than the hard man he wants to be.

I haven't seen anything which shows Westwood spitting. Fans just make stuff up though to suit their agenda.

It was a bad tackle, and I would expect 4-6 games, as it is pretty much as bad as you can get, but after it, it looked to me like Westwood realised and was looking at the opposition players face to see he was okay, but obviously people assume he is being a scumbag and having a go in his face.

OK just read all the posts and I'm yet to see it again but it sounds bad. Benny did cost us tonight, not just that 1 incident but a lot of needless penalties.

As for Westwood's, well I have seen the incident and it was a pretty bad one, but he didn't get him on the jaw, he hit him nose height. Deserves a ban though.
