I'm minded to agree. Based on last week's performance, who would you drop to make way for Cooper? Cooper may have been the most consistent prop this year but last week's result was a team effort from 1 -17. Dropping someone after that probably sends the wrong message and, given the expected temperatures this weekend, I expect that Walker will be the only change rather than play an additional prop. |

Normally I am an advocate of an extra forward who can do a short stint at hooker, but with the hot conditions, Walker against tired opposition forwards could be good. |

Has never once refused to play had Covid last week. Expected to be in the squad this week and Powell didn’t tell him he wasn’t playing till the squad was announced. Went to speak to Powell and DP said that he lied about Covid even though it was the clubs doctors who had done the test. Then Powell said he’d never play for Wire again and that he was speaking to Wigan behind Coops back to try and get a deal done immediately.

If Coops has gone to Wigan i wish him all the best.
Could be an interesting end to the season with Powell's revitalised Even Mightier Wire conquering all before it & meeting Wigan at Old Trafford. I just hope Coops doesn't miss out on another ring.
