rather play Stains than Leigh or Salford! It will be a tough match, but I don't fear them...if we play to our potential, then we should win. Should be a good game...hope the ground is full.

Well we didn't get a lot out of that mismatch.
I liked the nil. I liked the agressive defence and the overall desire - especially Jordi Crowther. The teams confidence with be higher, but I suspect they realize tougher games to come.
Looks like we all came out injury free and Dufty had a good run out (and Max Wood), although I'd have been more impresed with him if he'd have passed to Thewlis rather than hog the ball, but i guess that's nitpicking.

I don't fear Saints. I trust Sam to ensure their attitude is right.

I was at the game, folks at home, would I be very wrong to say that lindop try was try of the season?

I fear Saints. It would be just like them to edge a game at ours*. But I realise that is due to the mental scars I carry having watch them have the upper hand for 2 decades.

*Their fans would be unbearable if that were to happen

I just prefer the Williams one when he near went length of the field

Aesthetically the best try of the season so far was Dufty v Saints

It reminded me of Tai against Huddersfield, where to be picky, the ball should have gone inside to Dufty rather than Lindop carrying on his run.

Which game was this? The London game or were you referring to a Williams try earlier in the season?

I think FMC is referring to Williams’ run for Lindop’s try. He kicked it over the top for Thewlis who managed to pat it back to WillIams, who took it whilst already running and stepped in and out to break clear. Not 20 times though
