Wigan will be better next year, we will need to be too.
I don't think Wilde or Westwood are the answer to be playing second row for the first 5 months of the season. I think we need to bring someone in...

| Another way of looking at it though is that if Hull could've refocused after their Wembley win then they could've had the LLS and Warrington could've ended up with no trophies.

Yeah, right! And how many of them finished above you in the league, got to the Grand Final, and reached Wembley?! I reckon fans of nine of those SL teams would have swapped places with you!

| More people watched Warrington play live than any other club. At a rough guess I would say about 500,000

| Warrington was the only team to play in every round of games and was Leeds last year....but the difference between the two is stark!

| BBW you can -29 from the 300,000. As I went to each of those games. Your counting me 30 times, also -1 from Wembley, -1 for GF and I think -5 for CC rounds and friendlies.
I can't possibly comment about each and everyone else though.

| Oh go on then, I'll join in. I could name Darcy Bussell (what a gorgeous lady, I never knew watching Judge Rinder ballroom dancing had such benefits) at stand-off for all the difference it would make, TS probably knows his starting 17 for 2017 already, but here goes.
Ratchford
Lineham
ANO
T.King
ANO
Gidley
Sandow
Hill
Clarke
Cooper
Hughes
Westwood
Westerman
Sims
Dwyer
Harrison/G.King
Another prop, preferably the kind that eats raw meat and bays at the window on a full moon
Patton will get plenty of game time should we choose to rest Gidley, Clarke or Sandow but isn't yet ready to be starting HB.

| Lol no. Atkins knows where the line is, he doesn't know where his winger is, I figure factor out the issues in his game and what your left with is what you have. A finisher.

Ahh, ok. I see. Far be it from me to cast doubt on your selection, but wouldn't you find it a concern that your three-quarter line would still be making their way back to the dressing room after the warm-up, long after the match had concluded and the stadium lights were off?

I agree with this, that's why I put atkins as winger in my line up too. Big quick and can get over the line just not the best passer. Think he could be our Ryan hall.

Right. everyone stop it now. You're just saying the first things that come into your head now.
Can I change my selection please? I'd like to put Matty Russell at prop, cos he's short and can't catch a high ball. He could be the new Danny Nutley.

| If you cast your mind back, when Atkins arrived, he was winger to King. He carried the number 23 to represent winger/centre I believe.

| Quote ="Quickening"Crosby has apparently been signed from wigan so I guess he would replace dodds in the 17.
I would also get rid of Gidley to free up cap space and sign a centre like Watkins, or a fullback like hardaker and move ratchford to centre. We cannot keep evans in the centres, absolute donkey there.'"
How do you suggest we get rid of Gidley when he is under contract?

| I don't know if this is actually true, but I was told that when Dodds got injured at Catalan this season, he had to stay behind due to the injury and couldn't fly back but had to be driven back by a club rep a few days later. Apparently, en route, there was a car-jacking incident and the two of them were nearly left stranded in the French outback.
So there you have it. Organise a team-bonding exercise in the south of France, rent a mini bus and send Bailey, Dodds (he could navigate, he'd obviously know the way), R.Evans, Penny, Gidley & Atkins off in advance and let our European neighbours criminal fraternity do the rest.
Not only would we free up a huge chunk of the salary cap, we could probably get a nice insurance pay off as well.
