----this--- plus some teams when they have played wigan have tended to stand off and show them too much respect instead of meeting them head on ,like we did at the jjb,also leeds looked a really jaded side last night devoid of any game plan to beat wigan,bit like st helens of late,yes wigan are a good team but unbeatable they are not,cant wait for the wire v wigan fixture !

To listen to those clowns on Sky you'd think that Wigan were 6-8 points clear of the rest and unbeaten. I am quite happy with the way this season is panning out, let Wigan take all the plaudits whilst we chug along quietly on their coat tails. We have yet to play anywhere near what we all know we are capable of and there is every chance that arguabley our most important player is going to be back at the business end of the season fit and fresh.

I am convinced that we have at least two more games against the Pies this season, maybe three or even four. I can't wait.

honest question, but do you really think micheal monaghan will come back and still do the business for you? how many knee clean outs has he had now? 3 or 4 on each knee? i wouldn't be surprised if he retires at the end of the year, he must have much mileage left in them knees. how old is he aswell?

we beat you when it really matterd. but you have had the wood over us in the league for a little bit, last game we chucked it away by not backing our selves dont think we will do that the next time we meet (I cant wait!).

You could be right and we may never see Monaghan play again, or if we do he'll be a shadow of the player that we saw last season (and the player that totally terrorised Paleaaesina in a certain game in Widnes). Alternatively he could, after a few games to regain his match fitness, come back as good as he ever was.

Wigan seem to be peaking to quick,whilst wire are just plodding along.I can see Wigan having a mighty crash come the back end of the season.It says alot about wires squad when we can play the kids and still beat teams in a convincing manor.

Wigan last night were class. Wire havent even been great never mind class (IMHO).... YET

We are still chomping at their heels and blooding a lot of players that may well be needed at times later this year.
Not sure I agree that TS has specifically said "play at a lower level" to his players, that would be dangerous surely. Momentum can be a hard thing to turn around never mind stop.

However last year, We all ate our words (wire and wigan fans that is) and a lot of down cast heads could be seen as Wire and Wigan fans walked down the road come October.

Dont count anyone out as it has already been said, Leeds& Saints can beat anyone on their day.
