Its probably more to do with the fact that the clubs "legal" department know a damn site better than those that speculate as to who falls into which catagory in the rotas. Maybe NOBODY has to leave to make way for Hodgson.

On the subject of Hicks I think its great clearly still has it by some of the tries he has got this year (bradford in the cup) and 18 tries in 17 Super League games speaks for itself. |

He didnt start at full back he got moved there due to injury didnt he further in the season?

It's a reasonable question and I do not think it is a problem for now as all those players are performing well and fitness is not an issue. The problem will be when they retire at broadly the same time we will have quite a hole to fill in the side within the space of one or two seasons. |
