Morley would have won it if we had finished in the top 3,his team mates let him down imo he was consistent all season just that everyone else under performed for the majority of the season !'"
Christ here we go again.....!
Padgate we won one of the two major trophies on offer....You really are moaning for the sake of it i'm convinced of that now....
As for Hodgson well done and fully deserved..I'm Sure had Moz picked it up Hodgson would have had few compliants there can't have been much in it..

| To be honest I think both Morley and Graham were more deserving than Hodgson, but then what I think, same as just about every other member of RLFans, about it is totally irrelevent. Voted by his peers as Man of Steel so he must be doing something right. Congratulations to the guy on a fantastic first season in the UK and a fantastic acheivement.

| If you took all three players out of their respective teams, which team do you think would struggle the most?
I would say Huddersfield and thats why Hodgson deserves it IMO. Morley and Graham have had great seasons. Graham won it last year so maybe that was against him.
If Wire had finished in the top 8 and made a good go of the playoffs then I'm sure Morley would of been Man of Steel.

Wakefield 6 Huddersfield 54
Huddersfield 22 Hull KR 6

Saints 12 Huddersfield 10

You cant go saying things like that on here, you may upset the ostriches! Of all teams in superleague, I can see at least 3 teams improving more than Warrington. at the moment, i have us ranked in 7th place for next season.

| The thing I'm most gutted about is that they show a selection of clips of the Man of Steel winner at half-time in the Grand Final, and it would have been great to see Moz's hits on Fielden and Crabtree, and him lifting the cup, of course.
Disappointed for Moz, but Hodgson did have a great season too, so fair play to him.

Hodgson missed four games and Huddersfield won three lost one. Graham missed three games in which Saints won 2 and lost 1. Morley also missed four games and we lost all four!

Which is just what Leeds or Saints will do on Saturday...........Leeds having got to the Grand Final by beating the teams that finished 4th in the league and 8th in the league both with home advantage...........Regardless of how well they've done through the season that's the task that is set before them at the start of the play offs!!
Warringtons task in lifting the CC was first to beat 2 lesser teams and then to beat the teams that finished 4th 6th and 3rd in the Super League all away from home!
As you say after next Saturday it is time to look forward to next season. This seasons major trophy winners will be Warrington and either Leeds or Saints.............a few teams will get a well done pat on the back for finishing in the top 8............and by the start of next season most people won't be able to remember who finished in the top 8
As for being up their with Saints and Leeds well come Sunday we'll have won more trophies this year than one of them and the same number as the other!
You have your opinions and expectations others have their own.
Me.......I'm looking forward to next season under TS...............and I'm just off to blow some more smoke up me own ass!!
